Have you ever wondered if sex trafficking exists in your neighborhood? It does! You are invited to hear from local experts in law enforcement and advocacy to become aware and have an opportunity to ask questions about what sex trafficking looks like where you live.
Carson City Juvenile Services will be partnering with the HEAT Team (Regional Human Trafficking and Exploitation (HEAT) Unit), Carson City Sheriff's Office, SARA (Sexual Assault Response Advocates) with the Advocates to End Domestic Violence, and Xquisite. This night will be informative on the reality of human and sex trafficking and having experts to guide us through those conversations!
There will be someone representing the Spanish Community to answer all questions about this topic!
