Symphony Youth Strings and Chorus are Carson City Symphony Association's tuition-free, after-school programs for young musicians. NQR is open to adult intermediate-level string players. These programs are supported, in part, by public funds through grants from Nevada Arts Council and National Endowment for the Arts, from Carson City, and by Symphony Association memberships and private donations.
