Carson City Emergency Management and CCHHS Public Health Preparedness will be hosting the Preparedness Fair on September 30 at the Carson City Community Center, located at 851 E. William St. from 1:00 p.m. to 5 p.m.

September is Preparedness Month, CCHHS is running a "Ready, Set, Go!" Campaign from August- September with education on personal preparedness (please see the attached flyer for an example). We are ending Preparedness month with a Fair, inviting vendors such as Southwest Gas, NV Energy, Public Works Storm Water Department, etc. to educate the public on how to best prepared for evacuations, natural disasters or other emergencies.
