4.A For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Tavern/Bar Liquor License (LIQUOR-006624-2021) with David Scott Tate as the liquor manager for Woody's Entertainment, Inc. dba Hangar Tavern located at 3220 Hwy 50 E #2 & #3, Carson City, NV 89701.

Recommendation:  To approve an application for a Tavern/Bar Liquor License with David Scott Tate as the liquor manager for Woody's Entertainment, Inc. dba Hangar Tavern at 3220 Hwy 50 E #2 & #3, Carson City, NV 89701 subject to the following approval.

4.B For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Liquor Catering License (LIQUOR-008232-2023) with both Derreck and Alyson Haas as the liquor managers for Big Blue Brews LLC located at 805 Norrie Drive, Carson City, NV 89701.

Recommendation:  To approve an application for a Liquor Catering License with both Derreck and Alyson Haas as liquor managers for Big Blue Brews LLC at 805 Norrie Drive, Carson City, NV 89701 subject to the following conditions of approval.

4.C For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve a change of liquor manager to Packaged Liquor License (LIQUOR-004810-2020) to Baljit Bassi for Quik Stop Markets, Inc dba Quik Stop Market #9164 located at 3006 N Roop St, Carson City, NV 89706.

Recommendation:  To approve an application to change the liquor manager to Baljit Bassi for the Packaged Liquor License for Quik Stop Markets, Inc dba Quik Stop Market #9164 at 3006 N Roop St, Carson City, NV 89706 subject to the following conditions of approval.

4.D For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve a change of liquor manager to Packaged Liquor License (LIQUOR-004755-2020) to Alisha Jones-Ezell for GHG Carson City LLC dba Hampton Inn and Suites Carson City located at 10 Hospitality Way, Carson City, NV 89706.

Recommendation:  To approve an application to change the liquor manager to Alisha Jones-Ezell for the Packaged Liquor License for GHG Carson City LLC dba Hampton Inn and Suites Carson City at 10 Hospitality Way, Carson City, NV 89706 subject to the following conditions of approval.

4.E For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve a change of liquor manager to Dining Room with Hard Liquor License (LIQUOR-004879-2020) to Tracy Smith for GMRI, Inc dba The Olive Garden Italian Restaurant #1878 located at 4253 S Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701.

Recommendation:  To approve an application to change the liquor manager to Tracy Smith for the Dining Room with Hard Liquor License for GMRI, Inc dba The Olive Garden Italian Restaurant #1878 at 4253 S Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701 subject to the following conditions of approval.

4.F For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve a change of liquor manager to Combination Package and On Premise Liquor License (LIQUOR-004168-2020) to Eric Pilato for Blazin Wings Inc dba Buffalo Wild Wings located at 3815 S Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701.

Recommendation:  To approve an application to change the liquor manager to Eric Pilato for the Comination Package and On Premise Liquor License for Blazin Wings Inc dba Buffalo Wild Wings at 3815 S Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701 subject to the following conditions of approval.

**PUBLIC COMMENT:  Please note that liquor hearings conducted by the Hearings Officer are NOT subject to Nevada’s Open Meeting Law requirements because an individual Hearing Officer does not constitute a “public body” as that term is defined in NRS 241.015 for purposes of Open Meeting Law compliance. However, to further the City’s policy of providing transparency in government and to encourage public participation, the Hearings Officer will provide at least two public comment periods in accordance with the Open Meeting Law prior to adjournment. In addition, it is Carson City’s aspirational goal to also provide for item-specific public comment as follows:  In order for members of the public to participate in the public body’s consideration of an agenda item, the public is strongly encouraged to comment on an agenda item when called for by the Hearings Officer during the item itself.
