Carson City Clerk-Recorder

Scott grew up in the Pacific Northwest and enjoys a multitude of outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking.  He majored in Accounting and Economics at Lewis and Clark College in Portland to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree. He has over thirty years of experience within the title insurance industry and looks forward to serving Carson City as the Clerk-Recorder.

The Carson City Clerk-Recorder's office serves the general public, attorneys and the judicial system. All of the services provided by the Clerk-Recorder's Office are mandated by the Nevada Revised Statutes and the Nevada Constitution.
