Overview

The Community and Economic Development Department incorporates five functional divisions into the Permit Center, located at 108 E. Proctor Street. The divisions include the Development Engineering Division, Planning Division, Building Division, Business License Division, and Code Enforcement Division. The Permit Center provides the hub for processing applications and permits and is the point of contact for all processes and Development Services staff.

Permit and Application Downloads

Building and Engineering Permit Applications, such as residential, commercial, engineering, grading, water and sewer connections, and sign permits.
