4.A For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Tavern/Bar License (LIQUOR-008298-2023) with Jane Christie Barnett and Keith Alan Barnett as the liquor managers for Kabarnett LLC dba The Polecat Tavern located at 260 W Winnie Ln, Carson City, NV 89703. 

Recommendation: To approve an application for a Tavern/Bar License with Jane Christie Barnett and Keith Alan Barnett as the liquor managers for Kabarnett LLC dba The Polecat Tavern located at 260 W Winnie Ln, Carson City, NV 89703 subject to the following conditions of approval.

4.B For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Dining Room with Hard Liquor License (LIQUOR-008091-2023) with Damon Kent Kreizenbeck as the liquor manager for Little Chick LLC dba Big Chicken located at 444 E William St #20, Carson City, NV 89701. 

Recommendation: To approve an application for a Dining Room with Hard Liquor License with Damon Kent Kreizenbeck as the liquor manager for Little Chick LLC dba Big Chicken located at 444 E William St #20, Carson City, NV 89701 subject to the following conditions of approval.

4.C For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve Christian Benson as an additional liquor manager for Packaged Liquor License (LIQUOR-007940-2023) for Save Mart Supermarkets LLC dba Save Mart #552 located at 3620 N Carson St, Carson City, NV 89706. 

Recommendation: To approve an application to add Christian Benson as an additional liquor manager for the Packaged Liquor License for Save Mart Supermarkets LLC dba Save Mart #552 located at 3620 N Carson St, Carson City, NV 89706 subject to the following conditions of approval.

4.D For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve Scott Chapman as the liquor manager for Dining Room with Beer/Wine Liquor License (LIQUOR-004681-2020) for Carson City Municipality, Parks and Recreation and Open Space located at 3666 Centennial Park Dr, Carson City, NV 89706. 

Recommendation: To approve an application with Scott Chapman as the liquor manager for the Dining Room with Beer/Wine Liquor License (LIQUOR-004681-2020) for Carson City Municipality, Parks and Recreation and Open Space located at 3666 Centennial Park Dr, Carson City, NV 89706 subject to the following conditions of approval.

4.E For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve Ambur Narducci as the liquor manager for Packaged Liquor License (LIQUOR-004896-2020) for Walmart Inc. dba Walmart #3408 located at 3200 Market St, Carson City, NV 89706. 

Recommendation: To approve an application with Ambur Narducci as the liquor manager for the Packaged Liquor License (LIQUOR-004896-2020) for Walmart Inc. dba Walmart #3408 located at 3200 Market St, Carson City, NV 89706 subject to the following conditions of approval.

4.F For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a General Wholesale Liquor License (LIQUOR-008350-2023) with Michael Cox as the liquor manager for MJH Enterprises, LLC dba Lakeshore Premium Wines located at 3188 N Carson St, Carson City, NV 89706. 

Recommendation: To deny an application for a General Wholesale Liquor License with Michael Cox as the liquor manager MJH Enterprises, LLC dba Lakeshore Premium Wines located at 3188 N Carson St, Carson City, NV 89706.

4.G For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Combination Package and On-Premise Liquor License (LIQUOR-004168-2020) with Eric Pilato as the liquor manager for Blazin Wings Inc dba Buffalo Wild Wings located at 3815 S Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701. 

Recommendation: To deny an application to change the liquor manager to Eric Pilato for the Combination Package and On-Premise Liquor License for Blazin Wings Inc dba Buffalo Wild Wings at 3815 S Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701 because the business is closed.

**PUBLIC COMMENT:  Please note that liquor hearings conducted by the Hearings Officer are NOT subject to Nevada’s Open Meeting Law requirements because an individual Hearing Officer does not constitute a “public body” as that term is defined in NRS 241.015 for purposes of Open Meeting Law compliance. However, to further the City’s policy of providing transparency in government and to encourage public participation, the Hearings Officer will provide at least two public comment periods in accordance with the Open Meeting Law prior to adjournment. In addition, it is Carson City’s aspirational goal to also provide for item-specific public comment as follows:  In order for members of the public to participate in the public body’s consideration of an agenda item, the public is strongly encouraged to comment on an agenda item when called for by the Hearings Officer during the item itself.
