2. Modification to the Agenda - The Carson City Hearings Officer reserves the right to take items out of order, remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to an item on the agenda at any time.

4.A For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a General Wholesale Liquor License (LIQUOR-008350-2023) with Michael Cox as the liquor manager for MJH Enterprises, LLC dba Lakeshore Premium Wines located at 3188 Carmine St, Carson City, NV 89706. 

Recommendation: To deny an application for a General Wholesale Liquor License with Michael Cox as the liquor manager MJH Enterprises, LLC dba Lakeshore Premium Wines located at 3188 Carmine St, Carson City, NV 89706.

4.B For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve a change of liquor manager to Dining Room with Beer and Wine Liquor License (LIQUOR-004685-2020) to Bryanna Chavez for Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc located at 1457 S Carson St #102, Carson City, NV 89701. 

Recommendation: To approve an application to change the liquor manager to Bryanna Chavez on the Dining Room with Beer and Wine Liquor License for Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc at 1457 S Carson St #102, Carson City, NV 89701 subject to the following conditions of approval.

4.C For Possible Action:  For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Tavern/Bar liquor license (LIQUOR-008318-2023) with Mary Sellars as the liquor manager for M&M FROGS LLC dba Remedy Bar located at 306 E William St, Carson City, NV 89701.  [Late Material - Public Comment]

Recommendation: To continue the application for a Tavern/Bar Liquor License with Mary Sellars as the liquor manager for M&M FROGS LLC dba Remedy Bar at 306 E William St, Carson City, NV 89701 until the Sheriff’s Office has a chance to receive and review the FBI Print Return.

4.D For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding clarification on a Notice of Decision to change the liquor manager on Wholesale Distributor liquor license (LIQUOR-004866-2020) with Steven R Becker as the liquor manager for Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, LLC located at 8400 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89139. 

Recommendation: To approve a change of liquor manager for a Wholesale Liquor Distributor liquor license with Steven R Becker as the liquor manager and exempt Mr. Becker from the previous condition of approval to sign a sworn affidavit for Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, LLC located at 8400 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89139 subject to the following approval.

**PUBLIC COMMENT:  Please note that liquor hearings conducted by the Hearings Officer are NOT subject to Nevada’s Open Meeting Law requirements because an individual Hearing Officer does not constitute a “public body” as that term is defined in NRS 241.015 for purposes of Open Meeting Law compliance. However, to further the City’s policy of providing transparency in government and to encourage public participation, the Hearings Officer will provide at least two public comment periods in accordance with the Open Meeting Law prior to adjournment. In addition, it is Carson City’s aspirational goal to also provide for item-specific public comment as follows:  In order for members of the public to participate in the public body’s consideration of an agenda item, the public is strongly encouraged to comment on an agenda item when called for by the Hearings Officer during the item itself.
