Vintage at Kings Canyon Development Applications
The application documents for the proposed Vintage at Kings Canyon project are provided through the links below for the public’s convenience due to the community’s interest in the information. The files may also be reviewed at the Planning Division office, 108 E. Proctor Street.
The Board of Supervisors approved a Master Plan Amendment (MPA) for a 5.6-acre portion of the property where an assisted living/congregate care facilities is proposed, and a Tentative Planned Unit Development (TPUD) application for the proposed development on December 1, 2016, by a vote of 3-1 (one recused). The agenda, staff report to the Board of Supervisors, and all supporting materials from the meeting, including written public comments, are available online at carson.org/agendas.
