Current List of Delinquent Properties Subject to Tax Sale
The following list of properties have unpaid property taxes, penalties, and other fees owed to the Consolidated Municipality of Carson City, Nevada and are subject to a tax deed sale. Before the Carson City Treasurer’s Office will take these listed properties to a public tax sale, the Carson City Treasurer’s Office will submit these properties to the Carson City Board of Supervisors for review and direction to move forward with a public tax deed sale, to include the date and time of the tax deed sale.
