In Nevada, including Carson City, voters are automatically mailed a ballot unless they opt out. The deadline to opt out is set by NRS 293.560 and related election regulations:
Opt-out requests must be received no later than 60 days before an election to apply to that election.
For the June 9, 2026 Primary Election, that means the deadline is April 10, 2026.
For the November 3, 2026 General Election, the deadline is September 4, 2026.
