Mail Ballots

All voters will receive a mail ballot. Nevada law (NRS 293.269921) requires that mail ballots be postmarked on or before Election Day and received by the County Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on the fourth day after Election Day.

A voter may choose to opt out of receiving a mail ballot by completing and submitting a Mail Ballot Preference Form no later than 60 days prior to the election. If a voter has previously opted out and wishes to resume receiving a mail ballot, they must submit a new form to opt back in.
