Carson City Fire Department to host Wildfire Awareness and Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP) Workshop

On May 13, 2026, your Carson City Fire Department in partnership with UNR, Living with Fire and Nevada Division of Forestry will hold its third annual wildfire awareness workshop!  Register below.

The meeting will provide updates on the CWPP, local fuel-reduction projects, and community resilience efforts, along with opportunities for public input and Q&A.  The event will be held at the Carson City EOC/Station 55 - 3645 Butti Way, Carson City, NV 89701.
