BOOKING - RESERVATIONS (ONLINE) *Approved User Groups only

Once you become an Approved User Group, to reserve you’ll need to first create a new account in our ActiveNet Reservation System (or sign-in to your existing ActiveNet account):

TO SIGN-IN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT:

Jump online to carsoncity.gov/ccpr, and under “Join the Fun!” click on Sign In/Up. If you already have an account in our system, please login using your email address and password.  Otherwise, click on Create New Account, then login.

TO CHECK AVAILABILITY OR REQUEST A RESERVATION:  *Approved User Groups only

To check availability or request a reservation on carsoncity.gov/ccpr see instructions below.  Note: Requests must be submitted at least 8 days in advance, payment is due at the time of confirmation.  No refund or rescheduling if reservation is cancelled less than 8 days from event.

1.  Click on Rifle Range/Reservation Event                                          

2.  Click on desired Facility  *The hours shown on the Calendar reflect what’s available, not what’s booked

• Long Range Stations 11-20 (Covered)
• Long Range Stations 11-20 (Uncovered)
• Pistol Range Tables 1-5 (Covered; 2 shooting positions/table)
• Shooting Bay #3 or Shooting Bay #4 

3.  To reserve, click desired Date on Calendar; input Start/End times (max 4-hrs) and #Attendees; then click Proceed.

PAYMENT – RESERVATIONS     

Once your reservation request is received and confirmed, we will load the charges and contact you via email to provide  payment.  Payment in full is required before the reservation can be finalized.  Credit card payments may be made online (in ActiveNet), or by Check/Money Order at the payment drop-off locations or payment mailing address shown below;

To Make a Payment Online:  *Once your reservation has been confirmed, and charges loaded by Parks staff

1. Jump online at carsoncity.gov/ccpr (Sign-In/Up), and login using your email address and password
2. Click on My Cart to view activity or Pay on Account; then continue through check-out with Credit Card payment.
3. Alternatively, you may make payment in person or by mail (see details below).
