EAST WILLIAM STREET PROJECT
Construction Update
Construction on the East William Street Project is underway, with Utility improvements and Complete Streets improvements progressing simultaneously. Utility work began in June 2025 and is anticipated to be completed in March 2026. Complete Streets construction began in November 2025 and will continue through fall 2026.
Repaving of E. William Street between Carson Street and Roop Street is planned for spring 2026, weather permitting. The full project is expected to be completed by fall 2026. All construction activities are weather-dependent and subject to change.
