This is a full-time, FLSA non-exempt position with Carson City Alternative Sentencing Department, located in Carson City, NV. Under general supervision, supervise misdemeanor and felony probationers, bail and pre-trial defendants, DUI Court participants, conducts intakes and drug and alcohol testing; provide bailiff duties to courts as required.

Pay Range (Employer-Paid PERS): 
$27.2282 - $38.2894 hourly / $56,634.76 - $79,641.90 annually

Note: For a lateral hire, pay may be negotiated based on prior experience.

 This is a non-exempt, part-time hourly position, not to exceed 1,039 hours in any fiscal year.  Under general supervision, places non-violent offenders placed on probation to community services; process court orders and performs related office duties.
