Depending on your imposed court conditions you may or may not be allowed to travel. You will need to complete a Travel Request Form. You must submit this form at least one week prior to dates you wish to travel. Submission of this form does not grant approval your Case Manager or a DAS Office will advise you if your travel has been approved or denied.
If you are in counseling, you will need to have it signed by your counselor prior to submitting to Alternative Sentencing for approval.
Probationers on house arrest are not eligible for travel unless there is a documented family emergency.
