The Department of Alternative Sentencing has a dedicated Case Manager that supervises the participants in the three specialty courts including Mental Health Court (MHC), Misdemeanor Treatment Court (MTC), and DUI 3^rd Diversion (DUI Court).

These are specifically designed court programs aimed at reducing recidivism and increasing public safety by intensive behavioral supervision, judicial monitoring, and treatment of substance abusers. These courts have a large amount of interaction, monitoring, and guidance from Judges, Case Managers, DAS Officers, Parole and Probation Officers, treatment Case Managers and others. 

These courts have the highest level of supervision including weekly court appearances, daily emails to their Case Managers, curfews, daily drug testing, long term house arrest, etc.
